Institution Features

Overview

The Features page in Institution Administration displays a list of Add-On products that enhance Watermark Student Success & Engagement functionality.

For additional information or to add a new feature to your institution's Watermark Student Success & Engagement product suite, please open a support ticket or reach out to your client success representative.

Attributes

  • Enabled features are checked and highlighted in green.
  • Locked features incur an additional cost when implemented.
  • Features without a lock icon can be added at no additional cost.
  • All features require scheduling with SS&E staff to setup, configure and enable in SS&E Administration.
  • Some locked/unlocked features also require coordinating between SS&E staff and your institution's IT staff/system administrator.
  • Additional items display add-on functionalities that are currently not listed on the Institution Features page.
  • Clients with a support plan may request to utilize their plan to add a new feature.
  • Your Client Success Manager will facilitate this engagement.

  1. Watermark Student - Mobile App for iOS and Android devices, including SS&E Student Apple Watch
  2. Application Campaigns
  3. Appointment Campaigns
  4. Enrollment Campaigns
  5. Gmail Message Logging - External message logging integration
  6. SMS (Text Messaging) Support 
  7. Import Processes - Prospect Data Upload via CSV
  8. Departmental Apps

Unlocked Features

  1. External Calendar (Meeting Scheduler) Integration 

Additional Items

The following items are additional "locked" add-on features that are not displayed on the Features tab in Institution Administration:

  1. Academic Planning
  2. Continuing Education Student Population 
  3. Survey Integration with SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics surveys
  4. Next - Watermark Student Success & Engagement's Walk-In Appointment Kiosk application
  5. A Base Sandbox Test Environment for SS&E institutional testing and training, refreshed with production data to mirror production up to four times a year.
  6. An Advanced Sandbox Test Environment for Connect, Predict, and SS&E to serve institutional testing and training. This test environment is refreshed up to four times per day and will always mirror production, permitting full end-to-end data loading and testing capabilities.
