Curriculum Strategy is introducing a new tool to help administrators identify which pages of the catalog have been selected as Include in Print and Show in Navigation.
Each page of the catalog offers a checkbox option to include that page in the word export (Include in Print) or to show that page in the side navigation of the catalog site (Show in Navigation.)
It can be time-consuming to check each page to ensure the correct option has been selected, so this tool allows users to review that data in one place.
By running the Page Properties tool, each page of the selected catalog will return results indicating whether the page has been selected for print or navigation.
To ensure you have access to this tool, reach out to support to have the appropriate user permissions updated.
To Run the Tool:
1. Select a Catalog to scan
(this tool will only check one catalog at a time)
2. Select the Tools option in the top ribbon
(this option will not be available unless a Catalog item has been selected)
3. Select the Page Properties button
A new tab will launch and load with the catalog data.
