How to Change the School Your LiveText Account is Associated with (Institution Transfers)

To update the institution associated with your student LiveText by Watermark account:

  1. Log into your student account
  2. Click the My Account link on the top right
  3.  Scroll down to the School Information area
  4. Click Edit
  5. Update the Student ID and Student Email Address and Expected graduation date
  6. Select the Country, State and name of your new institution
  7. Click Save

A student account must be associated with the correct school or institution in order for the account to be matched correctly to courses.

Note: If you need to use your account for courses at two or more institutions concurrently, contact

our Support Team by clicking Submit A Request (subject: Account with Two Institutions) to request the additional institution to be added to your account.
