When your LiveText account expires, all the content remains saved and will become accessible and editable again once your account has been renewed.
You can renew you account by using a keycode or by purchasing with a credit or debit card.
To renew your account with a credit or debit card:
1. Log into your LiveText account.
2. Click the LiveText Membership Renewal Form link.
3. In the Membership renewal option drop down menu, select the number of years you’d like to renew your membership.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter your billing information and click Next
6. Continue following the prompts to complete the renewal process.
To renew your account with a keycode:
1. Log into your LiveText account.
2. Click the LiveText Membership Renewal Form link.
3. Select the I have an add-on keycode option
4. Enter your 16 digit keycode.
5. Click Next.
6. Continue following the prompts to complete the renewal process.
To renew your account before it expires:
1. Log into your LiveText account.
2. Click My Account on the top right.
3. Under Membership Information and across from LiveText Standard Membership, you will find the date that your account is set to expire. To renew, click the click to renew link.
To ensure that you are able to receive e-mail from LiveText, you’ll need to keep your primary email address updated on your account. To change the primary e-mail address on your account, follow these steps:
1. Log into your LiveText account at http://www.livetext.com with your current username and password.
2. Click My Account on the to right.
3. Click Edit across from Member Information.
4. Enter your current email address in the field labeled Primary email address. If a response was not provided for the other fields on this page, you will need to enter the appropriate information into these fields.
5. Click Save.
