Update: Email user feature now sends from the sender's own email address
When an email is sent to another user via the Email User feature, the message is now sent from the sender's own email address rather than the default CES account from address. NOTE: If your institution's email domain is validated, the message sends directly from the sender's email address. If your institution's domain isn't validated, the message sends from notifications@watermarkinsights.com with your name and address set as the Reply-To, so recipients can respond directly to you.
For more information on how to change the default account address and how to validate your institution's email domain, please refer to the article Outgoing Email Settings.
Update: Export targeted survey assignments to Excel
A new export option is now available under Project > Surveys > Targeted Surveys. Click the Export button to download an Excel file listing every Targeted Survey and its node and course mappings.
This new feature expands on the recent improvement to align Targeted Surveys in bulk via Excel. For more information on aligning Target Surveys with Excel, please refer to the article Align/Assign Targeted Surveys in Bulk.
Update: Schedule results notification emails based on report access date
A new scheduling option is now available when setting up a Results Notification communication. CES Admins and Project Admins can now choose to send the notification a specified number of days before or after the Project-Level report access start or end date.
When preparing to use this feature, report access date needs to be configured on the Report Setup tab. This option appears separately from the existing survey open/close date scheduling options on the Results Notification communication setup page.
NOTE: This new feature allows CES Admins and Project Admins to set up Results Notification emails based on the project-level dates listed on the Report Setup tab. In a future release, the CES Admin and Project Admins will also be able to configure these communications based on course-level access dates.
