This release note details recent updates to the Communication page. Key improvements include enhanced delivery breakdown metrics in the Sent column for all communication types and simplified status indicators.
Sent Column Now Shows Full Delivery Breakdown for All Communication Types
The Sent column on the Communication page now displays Sent, Failed, and Suspended recipient counts for every communication type instead of limiting detailed counts to a single reminder type. Failed counts retain existing download and resend options, and Queued/Processing counts remain visible for communications that are actively sending.
Communication Status Displays as a Clear Status Badge
Every communication on the Communication page now displays a single status badge reading SCHEDULED, ACTIVE, or ENDED. This unified badge replaces the mixed scheduling text and count numbers previously shown for most communication types.
