Improved UI for Program of Study page
Enhance the Programs of Study page on your catalog website by opting in to our new, user-friendly layout.
The page is now searchable, filterable, and organized by department. Rather than a list of links, the new UI highlights the degree type and groups the departments, making it easier to sort through the long list of programs at your institution.
You can opt in to the new design from the Catalog item in the content tree of the Content Editor for each year's catalog:
If you make the selection and save the Catalog page, you can preview the changes on the Programs of Study page before publishing any changes.
If you don’t see any changes, please contact support. Your institution may be using a custom Programs of Study page layout, so the update won't happen automatically. However, we can easily make the switch over to the new layout for you.
Printable Degree Maps on Catalog Sites (Degree Pages)
When students and advisors visit the catalog website, it is helpful for them if they the degree information can be downloaded or printed to track the students' progress.
There can now be an icon on the degree pages in the catalog website that is specific for downloading or printing the Degree Map. The printable degree map will have some details at the top of the page for the student or advisor to populate, and potentially extra columns in the degree tables for entering more details specific to the student or blank for written notes relevant to each course required/selected.
