Expanded Edit Options for Workflow Submission Responses
Workflow Administrators at the University and Unit levels can now directly modify additional fields in submission responses. This enhancement allows administrators to make one-off data corrections or add missing materials without interrupting the workflow.
When a change is applied, the administrator’s name and the date of the update are recorded in the official submission.

Adjust Focus on Submission Cancel and Re-Open
Administrators and reviewers now experience improved focus management when managing submissions. When you close the Send Back flyout or the Complete/Download modal, the system returns focus to the action menu icon. This update supports accessibility best practices and improves navigation for users relying on keyboard navigation or assistive technology.
