Making a New Catalog Live/Current

Once you have published a new catalog following the Publishing process to publish the catalog, the newly published catalog can be made current/live immediately or this can be delayed to give you time to review the newly published book prior to making it accessible.

To make the catalog/handbook live, there are a few updates required within the catalog system before giving the IT team/Webmaster the new catalog link to update the institution's website.

The following steps can be taken to make the catalog publicly accessible.

Please Note: Once these steps have been completed, you may need to provide the link to your IT team/Webmaster to embed/update on the institution's website if you are not using a current redirect.

Step 1: Update the
Catalog Drop Down List
Step 2: Updating the Archive Page or All Catalogs page
Step 3: (You may not have this feature - if you are interested, please reach out to support) Current URL Update
