Printing

For Unit Administrators and Faculty:

To print forms from within Tk20, Unit Administrators and faculty should following these steps:

  1. When available, click the hyperlink at the top of the window that reads “Print-friendly View.” This will open your content in a printer-friendly layout in a new window.

  2. Within the printer-friendly window, simultaneously press the “Ctrl” and “P” buttons on your keyboard. This will open the print window (seen below). Select your printing parameters and click “Ok”

  3. When the “Printer-friendly View” link is not available on a page, you can still print the page by simultaneously press the “Ctrl” and “P” buttons on your keyboard. This will open the print window (seen below). Select your printing parameters and click “Ok.”

For all other Tk20 users:

To print forms from within Tk20, non-UA users should simultaneously press the “Ctrl” and “P” buttons on your keyboard. This will open the print window (seen below). Select your printing parameters and click “Ok.”
