List Domains

Getting Started

1. Click on the Faculty Qualifications tab.
2. Click on Category Setup located in the side menu.
3. Click on List Domains under Category Setup located in the side menu to view Faculty Qualifications List Domains.

The Unit Administrator enters options or values for each of the four lists. Each List Domain, and its corresponding values, populates in multiple areas within Faculty Qualifications. The areas within Faculty Qualifications where each List Domain populates are listed below.

Academic Degrees

My Activity Portfolio

1. Click on the Faculty Qualifications tab.
2. Click on My Activity Portfolio located in the side menu.
3. Click on the Credentials sub-tab.
4. Click on the Academic Degrees, then add Add an activity.
Note(s)Degree will be listed within the activity form if it has been made visible in Category Setup: Data Classification.

Faculty Transcripts

1. Click on the Faculty Qualifications tab.
2. Click on Faculty Transcripts located in the side menu.
3. Search for a User by entering a name or PID,
4. Select the faculty member from the Search Results.
5. Select a Degree from the drop-down menu within the Degree(s) area.

Note(s): A new transcript and degree may need to be added for the selected user.

Teaching Disciplines

My Activity Portfolio

1. Click on the Faculty Qualifications tab.
2. Click on My Activity Portfolio located in the side menu.
3. Click on the Credentials sub-tab.
4. Click on Relevant Coursework Completed, then select an activity or add Add an activity.
5. Click on the Teaching Discipline drop-down menu.

Note(s)Teaching Disciplines will be listed within the activity form if it has been made visible in Category Setup: Data Classification.

Faculty Transcripts: Degree(s)

1. Click on the Faculty Qualifications tab.
2. Click on Faculty Transcripts located in the side menu.
3. Search for a User by entering a name or PID.
4. Select the faculty member from the Search Results.
5. Enter text in the Discipline(s) field within the Degree(s) area. Values will appear as the user begins entering text.

Note(s):

  • A new transcript and degree may need to be added for the selected user.
  • Users can select multiple disciplines for Degrees and Courses.

Faculty Transcripts: Courses

1. Click on the Faculty Qualifications tab.
2. Click on Faculty Transcripts located in the side menu.
3. Search for a User by entering a name or PID..
4. Select the faculty member from the Search Results.
5. add Add a course within the Degree(s) area.
6. Enter text in the Discipline(s) field. Values will appear as the user begins entering text.
Note(s):

  • A new transcript and degree may need to be added for the selected user.
  • Users can select multiple disciplines for Degrees and Courses.

Other Attributes

1. Click on the Faculty Qualifications tab.
2. Click on My Activity Portfolio located in the side menu.
3. Click on any one of the sub-tabs.
4. Click on any one of the categories listed, then select an activity or add Add an activity.

AACSB Values

1. Click on the Faculty Qualifications tab.
2. Click on My Activity Portfolio located in the side menu.
3. Click on any one of the sub-tabs.
4. Click on any one of the categories listed, then select an activity or add Add an activity.

AACSB Value selection 

Note(s): AACSB Attributes will be listed after Other Attributes within the activity form if it has been made visible in Category Setup: Data Classification AND the logged in user is associated with an AACSB reporting organization roster.
