Monitoring Course Evaluations (Faculty)

Viewing My Course Evaluations

1. Click on Course Evaluations.
2. Click on Reports located in the side menu.
3. Select one of the reports available for Faculty.

Course Evaluations 007: Course Evaluation Status for My Courses

1. Select the Term(s) you wish to include in your report.
2. Select the Title of your course evaluation.
3. Select the Course(s) you wish to include in your report.

4. Click Generate.

   

Course Evaluations 003: Aggregate Report on Course Evaluation Results for Faculty

1. Select the Term that contains the course evaluation you wish to include in your report.
2. Select the Title of your course evaluation.
3. Select Course(s) that have completed the course evaluation.

4. Click Generate.

   

Note(s):

• This report will only display results for the user generating the report. For example, I will only be able to see course evaluation results for courses I have taught and that have been sent a course evaluation.
• Comparison means are also available; however, you may need to contact your Tk20 Unit Administrator to make this option available.
• In the example shown, we have chosen to display criteria together for Likert Scale and Rubric question types.
