Assign Reviewers

To assign Reviewers for a Workspace, please follow these steps:
 

  1. From the AMS Coordinator menu in the left panel of the account home page, click the Workspace Tools link, then click Workspace Management.
  2. Select the Workspace by clicking on the title or its corresponding Edit button.
  3. Click on the (3) Enrollment tab to access the Workspace Enrollment page.
  4. Click the Reviewers button (in the Enroll toolbar near the top of the page). You are navigated to the Member Locator.
  5. Use the Member Locator to find individual(s) you want to enroll as Reviewer(s):
    1. Type the individual's name in the Search by Member Name field.
    2. The Locator returns a list of matching names. Check off the name(s) of the Reviewer(s) you want to enroll.
    3. Click the Continue button.
  6. Indicate whether the Reviewer will see all Workspace areas or only a subset. If you choose the latter option, check off the subset(s) you want make available to the Reviewer(s) and click the Apply button.
  7. (Optional) Check the Notify reviewer via email when Participating Areas submit option to generate automatic notifications to the Reviewer when Participating Areas submit content.
