To assign Reviewers for a Workspace, please follow these steps:
- From the AMS Coordinator menu in the left panel of the account home page, click the Workspace Tools link, then click Workspace Management.
- Select the Workspace by clicking on the title or its corresponding Edit button.
- Click on the (3) Enrollment tab to access the Workspace Enrollment page.
- Click the Reviewers button (in the Enroll toolbar near the top of the page). You are navigated to the Member Locator.
- Use the Member Locator to find individual(s) you want to enroll as Reviewer(s):
- Type the individual's name in the Search by Member Name field.
- The Locator returns a list of matching names. Check off the name(s) of the Reviewer(s) you want to enroll.
- Click the Continue button.
- Indicate whether the Reviewer will see all Workspace areas or only a subset. If you choose the latter option, check off the subset(s) you want make available to the Reviewer(s) and click the Apply button.
- (Optional) Check the Notify reviewer via email when Participating Areas submit option to generate automatic notifications to the Reviewer when Participating Areas submit content.
