The Form-based Author Submission Results Report quantifies compiled and individual form responses. To run this report, click the TS Coordinator tab. In the DRF Assessment System area, click the DRF Program Reports link. Under the Form & Survey Reports section, click on Author Form Responses. Select the author submission form to run the report on from the drop down menu. Then select whom within the program to run the report on (e.g. the entire program, a subset of people that filled out the form, or an individual). Click the Continue button. Then select which case(s) of the form you would like to run the report on and click Continue. The resulting report presents data about student submissions on each element of the form.
