Copying a Shared Rubric

To copy a rubric that someone else has created, it must first be shared with you via the Taskstream Message Center. You may also copy a rubric that has been published to the Cybrary.

To copy a rubric that has been sent to you through the Message Center, the sender will need to make sure that the checkbox is marked to Allow Taskstream recipients to copy this rubric for editing.

To access the message center, click the Communications button on the top menu bar. Then, click the Go to the Message Center link. To copy the rubric, click the title of the rubric in the body of the message, and then click the Copy Rubric button that will appear at the upper right hand corner of the rubric.

To copy a rubric from the Cybrary, click the Resources button on the top menu bar. Then, click the Go to Cybrary link. Select the area to Browse. You may also type keywords into the search box to narrow your search. Select Rubrics from the Show drop down menu.Click the title of the rubric, and then click the Copy button on the upper right-hand side.

A copy of the rubric will now appear in the Rubric Wizard in your account.

When you go to the Rubric Wizard and open the copied rubric, you will be able to edit the rubric and choose whether or not to incorporate standards.
