Printing a Field Experience Form

Note: Tk20 forms print best from Google Chrome.

Using Google Chrome, Access the form to be printed in Tk20.

  1. Select the “Printer-friendly View” option at the top of the window

  2. Click CTRL+P on your keyboard. This will open Google Chrome’s print window. From here, you have two options:
    • You can either print straight from here, or
    • You can save the document as a PDF. By saving the document as a PDF, you are able to retain a copy of the document on your computer and print it from your PDF program. To change the print setting to save the document as a PDF:
      • Click “Change” under the destination area in the top left corner of the print window. This will open a new window that lists all the destination options (mostly printers)

      • Select the “Save as PDF” option

      • Click the blue “Save” button in the top left corner of the print window.
      • Name the document appropriately and save it to your computer.
      • Access the document from your computer so it opens in a PDF reader, print from here.
