Sharing Forms, Rubrics, and Templates Created by Other TS Coordinators

COPYING FORMS

As a TS Coordinator, you may wish to copy a form that has been created by another coordinator within your organization. To copy a form, follow the steps below.

To begin, click the TS Coordinator menu.

Access the Form & Survey Builder.

(Optional) If the New Form Title section isn’t already visible, click Create New.

Enter a title for your new copy of the form and click Create New.

Click the Insert New Form Element link.

Select the form you wish to copy from the Select fields from forms shared by others drop down menu and click Continue.

Select specific elements or use the Select All checkbox to copy into your new form and click Save and Return to Form.

COPYING RUBRICS

As a TS Coordinator, you may wish to make a copy of a rubric created by another individual at your organization. To make a copy of the rubric, follow the steps below.

**Please note, the original rubric will need to be emailed to you via the Message**

**Center with permission for copying by the owner.**

To begin, click the Messages link on the right side of your LAT home page.

Click on the message from your colleague in your Inbox. (Message subject will include Rubric from.)

Within the body of the message, click on the link for the rubric.

From the rubric preview, click on the Copy button on the right side of the page.

You will then receive a confirmation message that the rubric was copied. You can either return to your Inbox or Go to the Rubric Wizard.

COPYING DRF TEMPLATES

As a TS Coordinator, you may wish to make a copy of a DRF Template that has been created by another coordinator within your organization. To make a copy of a shared DRF Template, follow the steps below.

To begin, click the TS Coordinator menu.

Click the DRF Template Builder link.

If the section to create a new DRF Template or copy a DRF Template is not already visible, click the Create New button.

Click on the Copy a DRF Template button.

From the drop down menu, select Templates created and shared by others in my learning community and click Search.

Locate the template you wish to copy in the list and click Select this Template.

You can then rename the template you are copying. You will also receive confirmation of any forms, rubrics and/or attachments that are being copied into your account along with the template. Once you’ve made your changes to the title, click Copy.

After clicking the Copy button, you will be taken to that template so that you can modify it as needed.
