Adding Sample Student Work in an Exhibit Room

You can add student artifacts to an exhibit room, as well as gather evaluation results associated with the student artifacts. The items for addition to the exhibit room must be in Release or Final/Reconciled statuses for eligibility.  If the status should change, the items are no longer viewable from the exhibit room.

To display the work publicly, full student approval is needed.  Sample Work can be added to your web publication for Programs you have created AND for those for which you have permission to run reports.

To add sample work, access your exhibit room, and click the sample Work button from the Add toolbar at the bottom of the page or section within which you are working. Click the Search Sample Work button.

From the Select a Program to view available work pull-down menu, select the DRF Program.

If the Program selected in this step has requirement level evaluation, you are only able to choose from one requirement at a time to add work.
If the Program selected in this step has category level evaluation, you can choose from an entire category or one (1) requirement within the category to add the work.

From the Select Program area pull-down menu, select the Program category or requirement.
Type the author's name in the Search for author name box (minimum characters to perform search is 2).
Select your Author (Only Authors that have evaluated work (released or not) within the selected requirement (or category) are displayed in the search results).
Click Continue.

Select the Sample Work to Include from the left frame, and click Continue. You may also view the work submission, and the evaluation report by clicking the appropriate tabs. Use Open Work in New Window to view the content in a separate window

Complete the Select Sample Work Display Options form and click Apply Changes.
