Creating a ZIP file

Outcomes Assessment Projects. Please follow the steps below to create a ZIP file of your artifacts on a PC.

  1. Locate the files you’d like to ZIP from your computer.
  2. Select multiple files by pressing and holding down the Shift key and selecting each file. The files should be highlighted blue.
  3. Once all the files have been selected, right click on your mouse and select Send To from the menu.
  4. Select Compressed (zipped) folder from the menu. This will create a new ZIP file containing all your selected artifacts.
