Publication Imports for ORCiD
The system now applies the following logic when importing contributor information:
Search External ID: If the publication has an external ID from a supported source (CrossRef, Scopus, Web of Science, or PubMed), the system retrieves the record from that source. Data from other systems will be prioritized to enrich the ORCID record.
If an external ID does not exist, the system pulls all collaborators from the ORCID record.
Role Mapping: If a collaborator's record does not include a role designation or a role match is not found during the import, the Role field in Faculty Success remains blank. For reporting, collaborators without a role will be cited as authors.

Enhancements
Bulk Export
An enhancement for the Bulk Export tool improves the reliability of data downloads by preventing browser timeouts and failed exports.
Size Limit: A size limit of 100GB has been established for individual bulk exports this is to prevent browser timeouts and failed downloads caused by extremely large files.
Purpose: This guardrail improves the reliability of your data downloads.
Result: Instead of waiting for the browser timeout, an error message will be returned immediately recommending a smaller subset of submissions to export.
Unit Level Administrator update for Inactive Accounts
Inactive user accounts with Unit Level Admin (ULA) permissions now appear in the ULA Permissions table, which helps to maintain accurate user configurations.
