Student Learning & Licensure Release Notes for November 18, 2025

Updates to Time Log requirements

Admin users will now be able to select multiple log categories while creating Time log Requirements for a licensure plan. By first selecting a Category Type, you will be able to multi-select log categories from within that type, followed by courses. All hours logged in those categories within the selected courses will count toward fulfilling this requirement.

The Add Log Category page showing the 'Select Courses' step, with Select Log Category active and 'Field Experiences' and 'Interview' selected.

Category type details will be displayed in the Timelog Details card and the requirement details card for this requirement. The “View More Detail” link will provide complete information regarding the log categories and selected courses related to the requirement.

The Wakefit Program page showing the 'Plan Requirements' tab with two sections, 'Time log details' and 'Requirement completion status.'
The Plan Requirements tab showing a pop-up with 'Time log - Early Childhood details.'

Updates to placement of confirmation message for Rubrics

With this release the placement of the confirmation message displayed when updates are made to a rubric has been updated and moved to the right so that it does not overlap with the Add Element button.

Previous placement of confirmation message:

Updated placement of confirmation message:
