New Accepted Value for ‘Race/Ethnicity’ field
To align with IPEDs reporting, ‘Middle Eastern or North African’ has been added as an Accepted Value in the 'Race/Ethnicity' field in personbasicattributes.csv.
System Administrators can filter People by their 'Product Access & Roles'
On the People Main Listing Page in System Admin, System Administrators can Search/Filter by ‘Product Access & Roles’
A new filter has been added on the People main listing page, which allows System Administrators to single-select among the below options and return search results showing people with the respective ‘product access & role.' The dropdown allows one to filter people with:
- Any Product Access (default choice)
- No Access
- Insights Hub (Administrator)
- Insights Hub (Contributor)
- Planning & Self-Study (Administrator)
- Planning & Self-Study (Contributor)
- Student Learning & Licensure (Administrator)
- Student Learning & Licensure (Faculty)
- Student Learning & Licensure (Student)
Additional Notes
- The ‘Product Access’ column lists the number of products a person has access to (or shows ‘No Access’).
- For details about a particular person’s 'product access by role' click on their Person ID to view on their Person Details Page.
Above image shows the new filter by “Product Access by Role”, a single-select dropdown of the Product+Role, in which you can return a list of people with the respective choice.
Above image shows the search results of 43 people in the institution after choosing ‘Planning & Self-Study (Contributor)’.
A person's Product Access & Roles can be viewed on the Person Details Page

Now on the Person Details Page one can view the product(s) they have access to and the roles they have for the respective products.
Two examples are shown in the images above - one showing a person without any roles, and no access to any products. The second displaying a person with two roles and access to different products.
Clicking 'Back' Arrow Brings One to Last Page
A Fix to ‘Back’ Button Behavior has been made
In the past when a system administrator accessed a Section Details Page from a Course Details Page, and clicked the ‘back’ button, they were incorrectly brought to the Courses Main Listing Page. Now, the ‘back’ button behavior has been fixed
