Cohorts Main Listing Page - Advanced Search/Select when filtering by Program Name and/or Entry Term

Searching on the Cohorts main listing page - by Program Name and/or Entry Term - has been improved by dynamically searching as the user types.

Term GPA extra spacing now trimmed

Any extra spacing in the Term GPA field in the termattributes.csv now correctly trims the extra spacing.
