This article describes recent enhancements to the Faculty Experience in Faculty Success, including a new option for administrative users to switch between Faculty and Administrative views, the ability to launch a Vita report from the My Profile page, and the integration of additional tips for using the Search function from My Profile.

Switch between "Faculty View" and "Admin View"
Administrative users tracking activities now have access to the Faculty Experience preview banner. The Faculty Experience only impacts faculty focused tools, such as Reports, Activities, and the Workflow Inbox. While exploring the new experience from the faculty view, the user profile menu at the top right may be used to return to the administrative view. The administrative view will continue to be used for tools such as Manage Data, Users and Security, Work Requests, and Workflow.
For institutions fully on the new Faculty Experience, administrative users will default to the administrative view. A similar menu option is available to switch to the Faculty Profile View.
Launch a Vita Report from My Profile
Within the new Faculty Experience, a self-service Vita report can be launched directly from the My Profile page. Selection Custom Report from the Export menu opens the Create a new report option, with the Vita format automatically applied. This enables the creation and customization of a Vita report, which can be saved to run again from the Reports menu.

Faculty Experience Search Tips
Search Tips are now available for the search feature on the My Profile page. These tips provide guidance on obtaining optimal search results, and are updated to reflect the unique search result highlighting used on the Profile page.
