Communication Management: New toggle to enable email notifications to students when the status of their Application is updated to Withdrawn

With this release, Administrators will be able to choose to:

  • Enable email notifications to students when the status for the student’s Program Application is updated to Withdrawn.
  • Include custom text in the email notification that is sent to students when the status for the student’s Program Application is updated to Withdrawn.

Communication Management: New toggle to enable email notifications to students when the status of their Application is updated to Deferred

With this release, Administrators will be able to choose to:

  • Enable email notifications to students when the status for the student’s Program Application is updated to Deferred.
  • Include custom text in the email notification that is sent to students when the status for the student’s Program Application is updated to Deferred.

Enhance Observational assessment data Extract

This release updates the Observational Assessment Data Extract, now named the Activity Response Extract, to provide a comprehensive overview of all activity types.

  1. The extract now includes responses from all components across all activity types, excluding the form workflow.
  2. It includes all data, regardless of the component owner.
  3. Additional filters allow users to extract data by:
    • Template
    • Activity
    • Student Name
  4. If a component is customized for multiple assessors, each response will appear in separate rows according to each owner.

Enable administrators to manage, review and evaluate applications using GPA and Course check components

This feature enables administrators to efficiently manage, review, and evaluate program applications using GPA and Course Check components. Admin users will be able to:-

  • View and access applications ready for review.
  • Add input to evaluation fields.
  • Manage application details and configuration.
  • Track completion status of evaluation components.

Enable evaluators to review and evaluate application

The evaluator will be able to manage their workflow effectively. This includes viewing pending applications and filtering evaluation components based on their status and evaluating the applications using the evaluation components.

Enable administrators to manage, review and evaluate applications using Application Response check and custom check components

This feature enables administrators to efficiently manage, review, and evaluate program applications using Application Response check and Custom Check components. Admin users will be able to:

  • View and access applications ready for review.
  • Add input to evaluation fields.
  • Manage application details and configuration.
  • Track completion status of evaluation components.

Enable admin users to export evaluation data along with application submission data

Admin users can now export evaluation data together with application submission data in CSV format. They have the flexibility to choose whether to export only application submission data or include evaluations data as well. The export will also contain information from any archived evaluation components, if present. Additionally, the exported file will display evaluator details along with timestamps for each evaluation.

Program Applications access to Faculty

With this release, for institutions wherein Program Applications is enabled, all Faculty role users will have access to the Program Applications menu.

Removed date restrictions for section start and end dates

After this release, several date-related restrictions will be removed to provide admins with greater flexibility when creating and managing sections. Admins can now set section start and end dates far in the past or future without encountering previous limitations.

NOTE-

The following restrictions has been removed:

  1. Restriction on creating or importing sections with start or end dates that fall before 1970.
  2. Restriction on creating or importing sections with start or end dates that fall more than 6 years in the past from the current date.
  3. Restriction on creating or importing sections with start or end dates that fall more than 6 years in the future from the current date.
  4. Restriction on creating or importing sections with a start date and end date date range that exceeds 6 years.

Add custom check component for Program Applications

This feature enables application coordinators to add custom evaluation components to program applications. Evaluators can use a variety of input methods like dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, file uploads, and text fields to assess applicants. Each custom component can be configured with labels and instructions. They will also be able to edit as well delete the methods added for custom check.

This feature enables application coordinators to add evaluation components and assign evaluators so reviewers can assess applicants. Key capabilities include adding evaluation components- GPA checks, course checks, and application response fields. They will also be able to edit/delete components, assigning evaluators, and saving applications as drafts. Evaluation data will not be visible to students.
