With our latest release we introduce an additional configuration option to allow system generated reports in Workflow to automatically refresh with the latest activity data. By enabling this option globally, all active processes will inherit this setting and refresh all system generated reports for the current step when the candidate or reviewer opens the task from their Inbox.

Report Auto-Refresh
A new setting in System Settings, available only for the Workflow Administrators, may be enabled to refresh all attached reports for the current step. This is a global setting which impacts all ongoing and future schedules, but may be turned on or off at any time.
When a task is opened the "last refreshed" date is automatically checked for each report for the current step. For reports which have not been updated in the past 24 hours, the following is applied based on the Report Auto-Refresh setting:
ON: The report will automatically be refreshed and show an updated timestamp when the refresh is completed. Viewing a submission from the Submissions table or History table will not update the generated reports.
OFF: A blue banner appears at the top of the task, alerting users to refresh their reports and providing a "refresh all" button. This is the behavior prior to the addition of the Report Auto-Refresh feature, so leaving this off will not change the current experience.
