Career Pathways Event Overview

A base, result, or exception event is a fundamental part of a faculty member's academic timeline. A base event represents a planned activity or milestone, such as an annual review. Result events or exception events modify base events by reflecting outcomes or specific circumstances. These events collectively shape and impact the faculty member's academic career timeline.
