Enhancement of Partner Site Dashboard
With this release, the partner site dashboard now be available in a table form in New Placement Management.
- The partner site table will now be available with the following columns:
- Partner Site (will display the Site name)
- Address (will display the address of the partner site)
- District (will display the district of the Partner site)
- Site ID (will display the Site ID)
- The field placement coordinator will be able to sort the records using the PARTNER SITE and DISTRICT columns.
- The field placement coordinator now be able to access the partner site contact information using the action icon.

- On the click of the “Contact Information” option, a flyout will be displayed on the screen.
- On the click of the “Contact Information” option, a flyout will be displayed on the screen.

- On the flyout, the field placement coordinator will be able to access the “Site Contacts” and “District Contacts” using two different tabs.
Enhanced Feature: Updated Activity Details Page with Close Activity Option
The Activity Details Page in Student Learning & Licensure (SL&L) has been updated to improve usability, featuring a more organized layout and a new Close Activity option. These updates make it easier to manage activity details, track submissions, and control the visibility of completed or inactive activities.
Key Enhancements:
- Improved Layout: Key information is now organized intuitively, enabling quicker access to activity details, submission data, and assessment progress.
- Close Activity Option: Admins and Instructors can close activities that no longer need submissions, reducing visual clutter and offering a clearer view of active items.
How to Access:
Log in to your SL&L account and navigate to the Activity Details page via the main dashboard. Here, you can experience the updated layout and utilize the Close Activity option.

Introduce archive mentor functionality on New Placement Management
With this release, the field placement coordinators can archive a mentor (external role user only) in New Placement Management.
- A field placement coordinator will be able to archive a mentor, using the action button available for each mentor.
- As soon as the field placement coordinator, clicks on the “Archive Mentor” option, the system displays a confirmation modal, once the FPC clicks on the “Archive” option, the mentor gets archived and the archived mentor will not be assigned to any new student placement.
- As soon as a mentor gets archived, that mentor gets removed from the mentor’s dashboard list.
- But when a field placement coordinator checks the “Show Archived Mentors” checkbox, the list gets updated and the system displays the archived mentors with an “ARCHIVED” tag.
- A field placement coordinator can restore an archived mentor, by clicking on the action icon and “Restore Mentor” option.
- The system displays a confirmation modal before restoring an archived mentor.
- The archived mentors will not be listed on the “Assign Mentor” flyout list only for new student placements.
- While editing any existing student placement - a mentor was previously assigned to a student placement and the placement coordinator archives that mentor, the archived mentor will still appear in the “Assign Mentor” flyout list.
- If a placement coordinator tries to import a student placement with an archived mentor, the system will display a validation “ Archived mentors can not be assigned to a placement “.
- If a placement coordinator has archived all the mentors and there are no active mentors available for an institute, the system will display an empty state message.
NOTE:
- With the implementation of Archive Mentor functionality, the “NOTIFY MENTOR” option will be available with the click of the action icon (the rest of the notify mentor functionality remains the same)

- A field placement coordinator will also be able to notify an archived mentor.
- A field placement coordinator will not be able to assign an “Archived Mentor” with a student placement.
- If an archived mentor is assigned as a Supervisor or Student, it will continue working normally the archived functionality will not impact the other locations other than the “Assign Mentor” flyout.
