Updated Feature: Results Home Will Be Enabled by Default

The Results Home feature that was released in the August 2024 release will be enabled for all user types who access reports at your institution.  Once released, this feature can be disabled for all or certain roles by navigating to Account > Permissions and enabling/disabling the WatermarkLabs - Results Home row by Role.

New Feature: Ability to Customize which Brightspace Field Populates Program Search in CES

For customers utilizing the Brightspace integration, Institution Admins are now able to enter the preferred Brightspace Org Unit Type ID to allow you to filter through your Brightspace course data using your selected Brightspace Org Unit types. 

 

In some cases, the Department dropdown list would not populate if the Org Unit Type ID was not the expected default value

But now you can change the value to whichever value your organization is using

New: Project Home and Custom Question Workflow

Custom Question Admins and Instructors will now have a new Projects Home for their Custom Question Projects wherein they will have important dates corresponding to their project and the ability to add custom question surveys to the project.

 

NOTE: The new workflow is summarized here but will also be updated in the relevant articles for your Administrators and Instructors

 

Clicking on the Project Name (either from the Home > Widget or Custom Question Projects page) will take the user to the new Project Home page.

Clicking on Add Survey button, the user will land on this new page where they can select a survey and then click on Next to choose the destination(s).

The user will then be able to choose hierarchy levels and/or courses to receive the selected custom question survey. Additionally, the user can also view the selections made on the right side panel.

Once user clicks on Finish & Add, the survey and its destination(s) will be added to the project and will display on the Project Home. From here, users can choose to add more surveys to the project.

If the user wants to either preview the selected survey, or adjust destinations, or remove the survey, user can click on the options menu corresponding to the survey and choose the appropriate action.
