Workflow Administrators may now edit individual steps of a Workflow submission and modify files uploaded to a Reviews, Promotion, and Tenure submission by adding or removing files in existing file upload fields.

Edit Uploaded Files for Completed Steps
The tool formerly utilized by Watermark Support to modify uploaded files on a submission is now accessible to Workflow Administrators. Administrators can edit file upload fields for any step directly from the Submissions table by clicking on the new "Edit" button that appears next to editable steps. Automatically advanced stages, steps by external reviewers, reports auto-generated, and files stored in the Prior Year Submissions fields may not be edited.
With the change to enable administrators to modify uploaded files, the File Download of the submission will now include a “last modified” detail with the admin’s name for steps that have been modified using the "Edit" feature.
