Campuses (Locations)

Institutions may import information relating to their physical campus locations on the Locations datafeed. See the SIS Import Definitions page for config information.

This datafeed will be visible within Admin>SIS Integration> Datafeeds as Location

The values will appear within the UI (reports and meeting scheduler) as Campus

If an institution has only one physical campus, it is recommended to ensure that only one value appears on this datafeed. Within the new meeting scheduler, students may filter on Campus to ensure that they are booking a meeting at the right campus. For an institution with multiple campuses, the datafeed should resemble the following:

  1. Harris (Main Campus)
  2. Oswego (Medical campus)
  3. Downtown Campus

With the introduction of modality (in person or online) as a distinct field, online or in-person information should be removed from the Locations datafeed for customers transitioning to the new meeting scheduler; this will allow appropriate filtering on meeting slots.
