Watermark Student Mobile App Apple device Users see a blank page

Reported Issue

When trying to access certain pages and or features within the Watermark Student Mobile App, a blank white page displays.


This may be caused by clocked pop-ups.

To allow pop-ups:

On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Safari.

  • Turn off Block Pop-ups.

On a Mac, open Safari and choose Safari > Settings (or Preferences) from the menu bar.
