After downloading the Watermark Student Mobile App and typing the institutional (@edu) email address into the login screen, the following error displays "app_not_configured_for_user".
Logging into Student Success & Engagement through a web browser always works fine.

The above error is being thrown by the institution's SAML IDP.
The reason for this error is most likely that the IDP is trying to use the student's personal Gmail address instead of their institutional email address.
To fix this, please have the institution's IT staff verify that the school's Google authentication can successfully resolve the student's institutional email address.
