Bulk Assessment of Student Submissions

The Bulk Assessment feature grants instructors the capability to assign the same scores, assessment feedback, and rubric comments to multiple students simultaneously within specific activities, including Observational Assessments, Assisted Assessment, and Standard Assessment workflows.

How to Use Bulk Assessment

  1. Navigate to the course from the In Progress page.
  2. Click on an Activity to open it.
  3. Click the BULK ACTIONS dropdown menu.
  4. Select Student Assessment.

The 'BULK ACTIONS' dropdown menu is open on an activity page, with the 'Student Assessment' option highlighted.

  5. From the bulk assessment screen, select the students you would like to assess from the list on the left.

Important: The student list will indicate if an assessment has already been saved for a student. Selecting these students will override any previously saved scores or feedback with the new bulk assessment data.
