In this release, we have added multiple Search functions to the System Administration interface.
We also expanded the data validations that prevent duplicates when entering Organizations and Programs, and corrected the ability to update Terms.
Searching by Program Name or Code along with filtering option now available
In System Administration, under the Programs tab, there is now a search bar that allows users to drill down search results by searching by Program Name or Code. Also, there is secondary search filter which allows users to filter an affiliated organization into their search parameters.
Searching by Organization Name or Code now available
In System Administration, under the Organizations tab, there is now a search bar that allows users to drill down search results by searching by Organization Name or Code.
Added Error Messages for Organization and Program Names that are Duplicates
Now, when entering an Program or Organization Name manually in the user interface into System Administration, there are additional data validations that will occur to ensure duplications do not occur, even if the the name casing (uppercase or lowercase) is different.
Issue that blocked users from using terms.csv to update data has now been fixed
An error has been fixed, which was blocking users from updating Term data through a terms.csv import.
