From LMS Integration Administration -> Manual API Calls, SS&E administrators can manually connect with the Learning Management System services API in order to test or pull LMS courses, enrollments. enrollment data etc.
The Manual API Call actions utilize the same API services that SS&E calls programmatically via LMS Integration Jobs and will accurately reflect the LMS results displayed in SS&E when syncing the same data.
Messages that indicate the LMS connectivity is broken:
Course Sections results in an error - "Access control exception. No data was returned."
Enrollments for Course Section results in an error - "Failed to fetch enrollments for the course section."
Gradebook Columns for Course Section results display an empty page.
If the Manual API calls are failing this indicates a problem with the LMS API connectivity.
To resolve the LMS connectivity:
Verify that the SS&E account/user is setup correctly in the LMS
Verify that the API key is active.
