Modifying Curriculum Forms

All other form/workflow adjustments need to be requested by raising a ticket with our Support Team (Submit A Request from the Help Center). These may include, adding a new field, removing a field, making a workflow change, updating an option label, removing an option, changing a field type, adding a new subject code/department etc.

Our team will review your request and determine the level of resources required for completing. If the project is determined to need a higher level of resources than available via our Support Team, we will direct you to request a bigger project through our Academy where a Product Consultant can walk through the changes to ensure they are completed with best practices in mind and QA testing is performed.

We are aware that you cannot always control when changes to forms or workflows need to be done, but we strongly recommend only requesting changes to be performed during the lowest ebb of your curriculum cycle or during a period where the system is closed to users and in-progress proposals are not present. This is due to the impact that specifically form changes can have on all existing proposals, but especially in-progress proposals as they are still being moved through the workflow.
