Watermark Product Roadmaps FAQ

At Watermark, we believe in transparency, continuous improvement, and client partnership. Our product roadmaps are one way we share our strategic direction and highlight the key initiatives that shape our future.

Each roadmap offers a high-level look at what's recently been completed, what’s currently in progress, and what’s coming next across our suite of solutions. These plans are informed by client feedback, product vision, and ongoing research — and they evolve as we learn.

Roadmap FAQ

What is a roadmap?

A product roadmap is a visual representation of our strategic product plans. It outlines key initiatives that we’ve recently completed, are currently working on, or are exploring for the future — giving you insight into how we’re working toward our product vision.

How often is the roadmap updated?

We update our roadmaps regularly based on our progress, client feedback, and changes in priorities. While update frequency may vary by product, we commit to reviewing and refreshing them no less than quarterly.

When will specific features be released?

Each roadmap status (see definitions below) offers a general timeframe for when initiatives are planned. However, please note that these estimates may shift based on complexity, resource availability, and ongoing prioritization.

How can I provide feedback or suggest new features?

We value your input and encourage you to share your ideas and suggestions in our Ideas Portal. While we cannot guarantee that every suggestion will be included in the roadmap, your feedback plays a vital role in shaping our products’ future.

What do the roadmap statuses mean?
