Course Based Assessment
Overview: Specific artifacts for assessment are identified from required coursework.
Example Use Case: The College of Business and College of Education each have five key assessments with rubrics aligned to AACSB and CAEP standards, respectively.
Assessment Projects
Overview: Student artifacts from various disciplines and courses are collected and assessed using standard outcomes-based rubrics.
Example Use Case: An institution has collected 500 student artifacts across multiple colleges and unique course assignments and now wants to assess their Critical Thinking outcome for their Fall 2025 Assessment Project.
ePortfolios
Overview: Students use the e-Portfolios tool to create their own portfolios.

edTPA
Overview: Some EPP students are required to complete the edTPA for certification; the edTPA is then submitted and scored.

Overview: This feature documents where a student is placed, with whom they are placed, and other details about their placement.
Example Use Case: Programs need to document information about each student’s placement(s) in addition to collecting field placement assessment data.

Overview: This feature captures artifacts and information gathered in candidate-tracking processes, from program acceptance to graduation and licensure.
Example Use Case: The College of Business needs a single system to connect and report on all activities and requirements (curricular and non-curricular) associated with candidate management.
Applications
Overview: This feature collects and reviews applications submitted by students to make informed decisions about their eligibility for entry into a program.
