Student Learning & Licensure (SLL) Validation Checklist

 

Use the checklist below to ensure that you are ready to get started with your semester using Student Learning & Licensure (SLL).  There is also a downloadable PDF, for your convenience.

SETUP unchecked  Rubrics have standards aligned
  unchecked  Templates use the correct workflow
unchecked  Activities have been created (*If using LMS integration, the “Enable Grade return” checkbox has been selected.)
unchecked  Verify users can login (LMS, SSO, etc.)
   
   
PREPARATION unchecked  Students have been shown how to submit
  unchecked  Faculty have been trained on how to score / assess
unchecked  Faculty know who to contact with questions and issues
unchecked  *If using LMS integration: Faculty have been trained to created activity links within your LMS
ASSESSMENTS unchecked  Students have submitted to activities
  unchecked  Instructors / Assessors have scored submissions
   
   
REPORTING unchecked  Rubric data is viewable in the Rubric Report
  unchecked  Standard data is viewable in the Standard Report
unchecked  Demographic and Academic data is available
   
GOING FORWARD unchecked  Your process for creating activities worked correctly and is repeatable
unchecked  Admins know their responsibilities: creating rubrics, templates, activities, etc.
unchecked  Any new admins/assistants can be trained
unchecked  You have a plan for training additional faculty
unchecked  You have the personnel to support students and faculty as questions and issues arise.
unchecked  Your IT team has a process for uploading foundational data each semester
