Configuring Additional Statuses for Outcomes
We have expanded the status options for outcomes in assessment plans by adding "Not Applicable" and "Partially Met" to the existing "Met" and "Not Met" options. This update will be integrated across all relevant parts of the assessment system to ensure consistent functionality and more accurate, meaningful reporting.
To configure the new statuses, an administrator can click into the Admin tab from the left hand panel. Click Configuration Settings and choose Outcome Status.
The following outcome statuses are available for selection:
- Met (selected by default and cannot be de-selected)
- Not Met (selected by default and cannot be de-selected)
- Not Applicable
- Partially Met
Once the administrator has made the selections, a snackbar notification will appear with the message, "Selections have been saved."
Once these statuses are configured, they will be available for selection for an outcome in an assessment plan.
The outcome statuses will also be reflected in the report areas below:
- Comprehensive Plan Export CSV
- Plan Measure Detail CSV
- Plan Insights > Measure Status Chart
- Plan HTML & PDF Reports
- Strategic Plans
- Program Review
Search Functionality in Organization Management
This release adds search functionality to the Organization Management module. Administrators can now quickly find organizations by name or code, with results refined by any applied filters—making it easier to navigate and manage organizations efficiently.
A search bar is now available at the top of the Organization Management page.
Administrators can apply filters (e.g. organization type) to narrow down the search results.
Standard Title and Narrative Preview
This release includes several enhancements to improve how users view and manage standards—especially those without narrative content or descriptions.
Key updates Include:
Standard Title & Description: Clicking a standard name now reveals its title and, if available, its description. If no description exists, the field will appear blank.
Preview Improvements:
- Standards without narratives can now be previewed without triggering a “Nothing to preview” alert.
- The preview opens in a new tab, showing the standard title, description (if available), and a blank narrative section.
- Linked standards with no narrative now show a preview instead of the “Preview not available” message.
Edit URL Card: The standard title now appears on the Edit URL Card for better context.
Hover Behavior: Hovering over a standard name now displays the standard title.
Improved Validation for File Names and Link Titles
This release introduces a validation feature that prevents file names and link titles from including unsupported special characters. Users will now see an error message if they try to upload a file or create a link with disallowed characters, ensuring consistency with platform naming conventions.
Allowed Special Characters:
! $ % & ( ) + , - ; = @ [ ] ^ _ { } ~
File Uploads:
When uploading a file via Manage Evidence > Add a File, the system checks the file name. If it contains unsupported characters, the upload is blocked and users will see:
“This file name contains an unsupported character. Please use only ! $ % & ( ) + , - ; = @ [ ] ^ _ { } ~.”
File Renaming
The same validation applies when renaming a file within the platform. Unsupported characters trigger the same error message.
Link Titles
Validation is enforced when adding links in areas like:
- Write Narrative > Manage Evidence
- Self Study > Overview > Manage Evidence
- Self Study > Introductory Pages
If unsupported characters are used, link creation will be blocked and the same error message will appear.
Program Review
These validation rules also apply to file and link uploads in the Program Review section for consistent behavior across modules.
