View Current Outcome Revision in Program Review
The Smart Connection in Program Review now shows the latest outcome revision for a reporting period, replacing older versions. This ensures users always access the most up-to-date and accurate program data.
Key Updates:
- When there are multiple revisions of an outcome for the same reporting period, the most recent revision will now be displayed in the Smart Connection.
- If an outcome has multiple revisions for a single reporting period, only the most recent version of the outcome will be shown in the Program Review.
Increase File Size Limit for Self-Study Evidence
Users can now upload files up to 200MB within the Self-Study evidence section, removing previous size restrictions and allowing for larger documents, reports, media files, and other content. The upload process has also been optimized to ensure faster file uploads.
Improvements to Bulk File Management in Self-Study
These improvements enhance the selection process by retaining previously chosen standards and preventing duplicates, allowing users to manage their standards more efficiently.
Key Updates
- When selecting new standards, previously chosen ones will be retained, allowing users to add multiple standards without losing their prior selections.
- If a user selects a standard that is already selected, no changes or duplicates will occur.
- When selecting standards, users will not see previously selected standards in the modal window listing.
- The embedded status for each selected standard will now be retained when selecting new standards or making changes.
