Setting Up Additional Status Options for Measures

This feature allows administrators to configure additional statuses for measures under the Measure Status category. 

Additional statuses can be configured under the Admin area on the left panel. 

In order to update the statuses, click Admin and Configuration Settings.

Click Measure Status.

These are the available measure statuses:

  • Met (selected by default)
  • Not Met (selected by default)
  • Not Applicable
  • Partially Met

Default Selections

  • Met and Not Met

These options are selected by default and cannot be de-selected by the administrator.

Selectable Statuses

  • Not Applicable
  • Partially Met

Administrators can select or deselect the following statuses based on their institutional needs. Once the statuses are configured, they will be available for selection in a measure within an assessment plan.

The configured measure statuses will be reflected in:

  • Comprehensive Plan Export CSV
  • Plan Measure Detail CSV
  • Plan Insights > Measure Status Chart
  • Plan HTML & PDF Reports
  • Strategic Plans

This ensures consistent and clear visibility of configured measure statuses across all related exports and visualizations.
