Updated Feature: Toggle On/Off the Metadata Filters Section in Report Builder 2.0 by Role

CES Admins now have the ability to enable/disable the Metadata Filters section in Report Builder 2.0 for each role.  The setting to enable/disable the Metadata Filters can be found by navigating to Account > Results Settings > Report Builder (tab)
