Overview
This article will explain report and export options found in each module.
Organization Management
The Organization Management module contains interactive charts. To access the charts, click on the Institution under Organization Management. On this screen, the Insights tab and a series of charts will appear below. Clicking on the charts will allow you to see more information, and an option to email Leads, if needed.
Although each organization and program contains a Docs and Reports tab, the Institution level is unique because it displays information for the entire organization in the first four reports:
- Organization Current Participation Summary
- Organization Outcome Progress Summary
- Outcome Details - All Organizations
- Outcome Details - All Courses
The last two CSV files will be specific to the organization that was selected under Organization Management.
If you have clicked into a Program in the hierarchy, you can download the Curriculum Map in the Curriculum tab. You have the option to share the map as a website or export it as a PDF document.
Plans
In the Plans module, you are able to download separate reports for each organization or program that is being assessed. When you click into a Plan that you have created, you will see the individual reports on the right hand side. When you click Report, you'll have the option to download a PDF that will display your outcomes, measures, results, analysis, and actions included in the plan.
In addition to the individual reports, you can also download a series of CSV files that include details such as Plan Measures, Measure Results, Outcome Details, and more. You can find these CSV files above the list of organizations when you click on a Plan.
Accreditation Self-Studies
There are different ways of sharing a Self-Study report. In the Accreditation Self-Studies module, click into the report you created. The option to export will be displayed at the top of the screen. When clicking Export, there will be an option to download the report as a PDF or a Word document.
On the next screen, you'll be prompted to choose whether you would like to include the evidence in the export or not, and what content you would like to include in the export.
If you choose the option to "Download all evidence with this export," you will download a zipped file that will contain two folders. One folder will have the report and the other folder will include the evidence. Once you have made your selections, you can click Start Export.
You also have the option to share the self-study as a website using the Manage Websites option located next to the Export button.
Program Review
The Program Review export is similar to the one found in the Accreditation Self-Studies module. To download the report, click Cycles in the Program Review module. Click the cycle you created and choose the program review you would like to download. The Export button will be located in the top right corner.
Like the Accreditation Self-Studies module, clicking the Export button will display the option to download the report as a PDF or a Word document. There will also be the option to include or exclude evidence, as well as options to include or exclude content from the report. There is an option to password-protect the evidence. Once you have made your selections, you can click Start Export.
Strategic Plan Exports and Shareable Link
Administrators have the ability to export plans as PDF's, CSV's or share them via secure web links. This allows leaders to communicate progress and align campus-wide efforts with stakeholders who may not have a PSS account.
To access these options, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the admin panel and click Strategic Plans.
- Locate the specific plan and click Manage Strategic Plan next to the plan title.
- From the Plan Overview tab, click Share in the top right corner of the page.
- Select from the available sharing options.
Export Plan to PDF
- Choose the elements to include in the PDF.
- Click Export and the PDF begins downloading within the browser.
Share Plan Online
- Click to Enable the Public Share Link.
- Select the elements to include for public viewers.
- Copy Link to share with stakeholders and click Done.
Note: This link can be toggled off at any time to remove public access.
Export Data to CSV
This will display the option to download:
- Tactic Status and Progress
- Outcome Mapping Crosswalk
