To create a FEM Rubric Report:
1. Log into a FEM Administrator account or Placement Coordinator account
2. Go to Field Experience
3. Click the Reports tab
4. Select Assessment Report - FEM Rubric Report from the dropdown
5. Add one or more Terms
6. Select one or more Course Sections
7. Select one or more Internships
8. Select an Assessment Document
9. Select one or more Subjects
10. Select one or more Grades
11. Select one or more Intern/Student
12. Select one or more Assessor/Mentor
13. Select one or more Assessor/Intern
14. Select one or more Assessor/Supervisor
15. Change the Sections to Display setting if necessary
16. From the Export To dropdown, choose how you would like to view the report (On Screen View, PDF, or Comma Separated Value)
17. Click View Report. Depending on the selection you made in step 16, the report will be displayed on the screen or a PDF or CSV file will be downloaded
