Overview
Each institution can manage their own message templates within SS&E.
To access Message Templates, navigate to the Administration - Advanced - Message Templates page.
By default, SS&E includes:
- Message Templates created by SS&E System
- Custom Message Templates created by SS&E users
The following "SS&E System" Message Templates are included in SS&E and used in the specific scenarios described below.
- If needed, an institution can modify the "SS&E System" Message Templates in SS&E.
Please note that in order to use the following links, "" must be replaced with the institution's SS&E subdomain.
Note: Please be very cautious when updating a message template since message templates apply to all users throughout the system!
General Message Templates
Welcome to SS&E
This message template is used when an institution has turned on the welcome message delivery in administrative settings.

Your SS&E Message
This message template is used as a wrapper in which the subject and body content is injected when sending a message. The message template can be modified by going to this url:

Your Daily Digest Message
This message template is used when the daily digest email is sent each morning.

This message template is used when an Advisor (or staff member) sends an email to a student.
