As a result of cell carrier changes prior to November 2022, Watermark now acts as an authorized reseller of text message services. As such, as the ISV/Reseller interfacing with Twilio, Watermark registers the institution so that they may receive the benefit of the SS&E text messaging service while complying with applicable policies and laws.
