Overview
The Total Walk-in Visits report provides a view into student walk-in visit activity throughout campus, capturing total wait and meeting times.
Built-In Report Attributes
Narrow down options by location, service delivery location and service offering. To run a Total Walk-in Visits report, do the following:
- Go to the “Reports” tab and select “Total Walk-In Visits” from the Meeting Management reporting menu
- Select a location to narrow down to a specific location, or leave blank for all locations
- Select a service delivery location, or leave blank for all service delivery locations
- Select a service offering, or leave blank for all service offerings
- Select a timeframe
- Select “Run Report” to obtain the data
This report can be exported to excel using the "To Excel" action button. Below is the list of available fields that are captured on this report:
- Location
- Total Visits
- Average Wait Time (min)
- Average Meeting Time (min)
Walk-In Visits / Self Service Check-In Reporting
When self service check-in is enabled on a meeting service delivery location, the Appointments report source has an option to report on Self Service Check-In appointment types. For example:
- Add Self Service Check-In to the report output columns and/or filter on Self Service Check-In equals "Yes" to view walk-in appointments in the results.
- Use the Created Date column to view appointments by day of the week, date etc.
