Assigned Tags Report

Overview

The Assigned Tags Report is available within this Reports feature of the Student Success & Engagement platform.

This report can be used to identify students who are tagged as a certain sub-population by selecting an individual or multiple tags:

A report selection section showing a dropdown set to Assigned Tags, a text field for entering tags, and a button to run the report.

  • To view tags associated with a specific student(s), the Detailed Students Report Source can be used to create a custom report that includes tag information when filtering by student etc.

Report Results

By clicking "Run Report" all of the student data that is currently associated with the selected tags will display:

The Assigned Tags Report includes the following fields:

  • Student ID
  • Student
  • Advisor
  • Success Coach
  • Cumulative GPA
  • Tag
  • Created Date
  • Created By

If needed, the Assigned Tags report results can be exported into an Excel Spreadsheet by clicking "To Excel".
